the grounds are fine. I admire the symmetry, clean lines and the fountains. breakfast choice was extensive. the staff were helpful, cute and professional so NOTHING was too much bother.
the beach lacked lifeguards, concerning. I found the hotel significantly overpriced, WITH charges for nearly everything, including water. the restrooms near the pool were in poor condition and overused.

I really loved the multiple pools. They were well-kept and offered different atmospheres. The private beach was a definite highlight, with warm sea breezes creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The AMAZING birthday cake was a delicious surprise, especially the chocolate cake which was the best I've had.
the gift shop could be better stocked. I had some trouble finding specific souvenirs. I wish they had a larger variety of local crafts.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The natural stone pool is so beautiful, I loved its relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly and always eager to help. Lush, green grounds are well-kept adding to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. My room was spacious with comfortable beds ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast had many delicious options with friendly service.
I did find that plastic water bottles were used throughout the resort. I felt it was inconsistent with their sustainability claims, it would be great to see a change.
